You can book a class 24 hours before the lesson starts.
My schedule is calendar month based. Therefore, you can book your classes with a maximum of one month in advance.
You can reschedule a class at least 24 hours in advance, so you don’t lose it. You need to contact me by writing an email to: contact@yourspanishteacher.nl letting me know what class you want to reschedule and the new date and/or time you want to book for taking your lesson. Then, I will change the old date/time for the new one and send to you an email to inform you about the new booking.
If you need to cancel a class, you can do so at least 24 hours in advance, so you don’t lose it. You need to contact me by writing an email to: contact@yourspanishteacher.nl specifying what class you want to cancel and I will cancel your booking. Then, your class will be cancelled without any penalty and it could be rescheduled for another day and time that best suits you. Once the class is cancelled, you will receive an email to inform you.
If you don't reschedule or cancel a class 24 hours in advance, I will connect for the class and wait for 15 minutes. If you don't connect in that time, you will lose your class and it could not be recovered.
If a class is interrupted several times or cannot be completed due to exceptional technical difficulties attributable to the Your Spanish Teacher's system, the session will be repeated at another time at no cost to the student. If these technical problems are repeated and due to the student's computer or Internet connection, the first time that this happens, I will try to reschedule that class so that the student does not lose it. If it occurs several times, the remaining classes will be rescinded due to the impossibility of adequately teaching.
