HOW BOOK YOUR ONLINE CLASSES
Before booking your classes, you have to follow these steps.
STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR CLASSES
STEP 2: SELECT DATES
Go to the SHOP page and select the type of Spanish Class you are interested in: General Spanish, For Holidays, Conversation, Secondary & University or DELE Preparation, and the Class Pack you prefer.
Upon the payment is made, you will receive a purchase confirmation email and a second email with the tickets for the purchased classes and their reservation codes. Don’t worry if you do not receive these emails immediately. Sometimes it takes its time.
I have not bought my classes yet
Once you have purchased the classes, you only have to choose a day and time available on my CALENDAR.
You could choose between several time slots of 1 hour each. When you decide on a time slot, you just have to enter on the contact form your name, email address and the corresponding reservation code you received in the purchase email, and book your class. Then, you will receive an email to confirm your booking request.

I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A CLASS. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?
Once the class is booked, you don’t have to do anything else. Before a class, you will receive the study material. You should take a look at it so the lesson can move forward more quickly. Connect online with me at the time booked, if not, you will lose your class and it could not be recovered. I will wait for 15 minutes.
I WANT TO RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Reschedule your class at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be considered as taught and you will lose it. To change your booking, you have to send an email to: contact@yourspanishteacher.nl asking for a reschedule and specifying the new date/time and I will make a new reservation for you.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING. IS IT POSSIBLE?
You can cancel a class at least 24 hours in advance, so you don’t lose it. Write an email to: contact@yourspanishteacher.nl specifying what class you want to cancel and I will cancel your booking without any penalty. The lesson could be rescheduled for another date that best suits you.
